Is there a cost to join the network of dealers?

There’s no cost to join. You only pay for results, a procurement fee applies only when a sale is successfully completed. This fee is variable and is based on the price of the car sold, starting from just $660.

How are customers qualified?

Every enquiry is personally called by one of our New Car Specialists to confirm intent and understand the customer’s exact needs. We only send you quote requests that are genuinely ready to progress, bringing the sale to you.

What support is provided?

The CarExpert team offers full setup assistance, training, and ongoing support for you and your staff. Our New Car Specialists will speak with you directly for CarExpert Exclusive pricing and collaborate closely to help customers find the right car at the right deal, driving more sales for your dealership.

What information is included in a quote request?

Each request includes the customer’s chosen vehicle, preferred specs, location, timing, and trade-in details (if applicable). This gives you everything you need to provide an accurate and competitive quote straight away.

How soon do quote requests come through?

Customers are connected in real time after their enquiry. If we believe you’re the right dealer to help, you’ll hear from us within minutes of our call with the customer. We ask dealers to submit quotes within 4 hours of receiving a request to keep our service promise to clients.

Who sees my pricing?

Only our professional New Car Specialists view your pricing. They use this information to facilitate and close the deal with the customer.

Is customer data secure?

Absolutely. We comply with Australian Privacy Principles and industry-standard data protection practices. Customer details are shared only with the dealer directly involved in their enquiry.
