Returning contracts just got easier

Getting contracts back quickly is critical to locking in a sale. Based on your feedback, we've streamlined the contract return process on CarExpert Exchange to reduce friction and cut down on administrative time.

The update means fewer steps to complete a contract return, so you can focus on closing deals rather than paperwork.

Purchase Orders - what's changing

We've added a new Purchase Order page to CarExpert Exchange, giving you a single place to confirm and complete everything before moving to contracts.

This means less back-and-forth and a cleaner handover between the order and contract stages, keeping deals moving and reducing the chance of errors or delays late in the process.

From the new Purchase Order page you can:

• Confirm all order details
• Confirm your customer's registration details
• Download driver's licence pictures
• Confirm new vehicle details and pricing
• Read and agree to the terms and conditions
• Confirm the purchase order and move straight to contracts

Once the purchase order is confirmed, you're ready to proceed to the contracts section.
