Speed mattered on CarExpert Exchange, not just for customers, but for dealers too.
From 20 October to 18 December, dealerships across Australia sharpened their quoting game and competed in the CarExpert Exchange Dealer Challenge, where quick responses and great service were rewarded in more ways than one.
How it worked
Every quote returned within four business hours of receiving it in CarExpert Exchange counted as a qualifying entry for that week’s draw. The faster and more consistent dealers were, the more entries they stacked up, and the better their chances were of taking home the weekly prize.
Each Monday, one CarExpert Exchange user was drawn from the pool of qualifying entries to win a $500 voucher and a feature right here on our Exchange Hub.
Why we ran it
CarExpert Exchange was built on speed, accuracy, and engagement. When dealerships responded quickly and consistently, it didn’t just increase their win rate, it created a smoother, more efficient experience for car buyers too.
